It's a White Christmas - Home Reed Diffuser

Yes. The scent throw comes from two things working together: the concentration of the fragrance oil and the quality of the reeds.

We use high-porosity reeds specifically because they draw oil up continuously rather than in bursts, which gives you a steady, consistent fragrance rather than a strong hit that fades.

Placement makes a difference too - a hallway or landing where air moves around naturally will carry the scent further than a closed room.

Most of our diffusers last between 6–10 weeks with normal use, though this varies depending on placement.

Warmth and airflow speed up evaporation - a diffuser near a radiator or in a draughty hallway will burn through faster than one in a bedroom. Flipping the reeds weekly will also affect how quickly the oil is used.

If longevity is a priority, a cooler, stable spot away from direct sunlight is the best place for it.

Almost certainly not. What you're experiencing is nose blindness - your brain filters out smells it's been exposed to consistently, so you stop consciously registering a scent that's still very much there.

Step outside for ten minutes or leave the room for a few hours, then come back in. You'll notice the fragrance again immediately. If a visitor mentions it when they walk in, that's a reliable sign it's still working exactly as it should.

Once a week is enough for most people.

Flipping the reeds saturates the dry ends in oil, which gives a stronger burst of fragrance for a few hours - useful if you're expecting guests or just want a refresh.

Use a piece of paper towel when you do it; the oil can mark surfaces and is difficult to remove from fabric. Don't flip them more than once or twice a week or you'll burn through the oil significantly faster.

Yes - the home range uses the same fragrance profiles as the perfume collection. If you wear No. 197 or No. 82, you can find the matching diffuser and carry that scent into your home.

Each diffuser product page lists the designer inspiration so it's easy to match up. It also makes them a straightforward gift if you know someone's favourite scent from the fragrance range.

Yes. Under our 30-day money-back guarantee, you're welcome to open the bottle and smell the fragrance before committing to it.

If it's not right for your space, you can return it for a full refund - we just ask that the reeds are unused, the bottle is full, and the original stopper is replaced securely before you send it back.

Contact our team and they'll walk you through the return.
