30 Days to Change Your Mind
Return any item within 30 days of delivery - no awkward questions, no hassle. That's double the 14-day minimum required by EU law.
A Few Sprays Are Fine
We know you'll want to try before you commit, so a few test sprays is absolutely fine. Just make sure fragrances are otherwise unused, and that other products like candles, wax melts, and diffusers are returned in their original condition.
Refund Within 7 Business Days
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
How to Return Your Item
Just follow these four steps and we'll take care of the rest.
Fill in the return form below
Pop in your order number, the item you're returning, and the reason. We'll send your returns reference number straight to your inbox.
Pack your item securely
Make sure the fragrance is in its original packaging and well protected for the journey back. Tuck your returns reference number inside the parcel so we can match it up when it arrives.
Post it back to us
Send your parcel to the address in your returns email. We'd recommend using a tracked service and holding onto your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Get your refund
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as it's on its way back to you.
