We ship orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and EVRI 48 hour services for UK, and DPD for EU. 

We offer Evri 48hr Tracked for £3.99 and Royal Mail 24hr Tracked for £4.99, free delivery over stated spend threshold in the UK. For International Orders please see checkout.

*Please note that in the event of adverse weather, please be advised that deliveries may be affected and we cannot guarantee all delivery times. 

Easter Orders: Please note orders can be delayed over the Easter period due to bank holidays and high order volume due to our Buy One Get One Free sale, for the fastest delivery, please choose Next Day shipping.

FAQs 

What kind of fragrance are these? 

All of our products are Parfums, which is the strongest scent available. 

Are your products vegan friendly and cruelty free? 

We only use vegan friendly fragrance oils, and of course they are cruelty free! We wouldn't have it any other way. 

Are they safe to spray on clothes? 

As there is a higher oil content to make them last longer, with ALL perfumes, not just The Essence Vaults's perfumes, we do recommend that you take care when applying on clothes, and of course you do so at your own risk.  

How should I store my fragrances? 

Please note, as with all fragrances, they must be kept out of direct sunlight and away from hot/cold elements. Failure to do so may result in your product being affected. 

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 8AM Monday to Friday are normally processed the same day. Orders placed after 8AM Friday aren’t processed until Monday. During Offer Periods, Black Friday and Christmas this may be a little longer.

How do Pre-Orders work? 

Some items will be placed on 'Pre-Order' or 'Shipping on X Date' if said items are currently unavailable, if you place an order for a 'Pre-Order' item, your full order will be sent on the shipping date of the preorder. If you would like these items sent separately, please contact customer service to pay for additional shipping.
