Official Terms and Conditions – The Essence Vault National Girlfriends Day TikTok Competition

1. The Promoter The promoter of this competition is The Essence Vault Limited, with its registered office at Unit 13 Craigstown Industrial Estate, Craigstown Road, Randalstown, Co. Antrim. Northern Ireland. BT41 2PT ("The Promoter").

2. The Competition

2.1. The title of the competition is the "National Girlfriends Day Giveaway".

2.2. This competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in the determination of the winner. The winner will be selected based on the creativity and appeal of their comment, as judged by The Promoter's social media team.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over with a valid shipping address in countries we typically ship to. This includes, but is not limited to, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark or the USA.

3.2. Some shipping exclusions apply, including but not limited to PO Boxes and the state of Alaska. Entrants must ensure their address is serviced by The Promoter's couriers.

3.3. The competition is not open to employees of The Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.

3.4. A valid TikTok account is required to enter.

3.5. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of eligibility.

4. Competition Period

4.1. The competition will run from 11:00 BST on 25th July 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 BST on 28th July 2025 (the "Closing Date").

4.2. All entries must be received by The Promoter by the Closing Date. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

5.1. To enter the competition, entrants must perform all of the following actions on the TikTok platform: a) Follow the official The Essence Vault TikTok account (@theessencevault). b) Post a comment on the official competition video explaining why their girlfriend deserves to win the prize.

5.2. No purchase is necessary.

5.3. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed, regardless of cause, including technical malfunction, network, or server issues.

6. The Prize

6.1. The prize is one (1) "Boujee Candy Shop Bundle" hamper, which includes:

  • 1x 100ml Fragrance - Inspired By Boujee Marshmallow (770)
  • 1x 100ml Fragrance - Inspired By Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar (469)
  • 1x 100ml Fragrance - Inspired By Pistachio Gelato (467)
  • 1x Self Care Package

 

6.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

7.1. One winner will be chosen from all valid entries by a panel from The Promoter's social media team on Tuesday, 29th July 2025.

7.2. The winner will be the entrant whose comment is judged to be the most compelling, creative, or heartfelt in the sole opinion of the judging panel. The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

7.3. The winner will be notified via direct message on TikTok on Tuesday, 29th July 2025.

7.4. The winner must provide their full name, phone number and a valid postal address to claim their prize.

7.5. The winner must respond to the notification and claim their prize within 24 hours. If a winner does not respond to The Promoter within this period, their prize will be forfeited, and The Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

8. Prize Fulfilment

8.1. The prize will be sent to the winner by post on or around Tuesday, 29th July 2025.

8.2. While The Promoter aims for the prize to be delivered by 1st August 2025, this delivery date is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays in delivery that are outside of its control, such as postal service or customs delays.

9. General

9.1. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

9.3. By entering, you grant The Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, and share your competition entry comment for marketing and promotional purposes.

9.4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. By entering, you agree to release TikTok from any and all liability in connection with this competition.

9.5. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

9.6. Any personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with The Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

9.7. This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Northern Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
