No. The outer shell is ceramic, not plastic - it has a weight and finish to it that most online diffusers at this price point don't. It's designed to sit on a shelf or bedside table without looking like a functional appliance.

The matte finish holds up well and doesn't show water marks or fingerprints easily.

The water tank holds 140ml. On continuous misting, that gives you around 12 hours before a refill. On the intermittent setting - which alternates between misting and pausing - it extends to approximately 24 hours.

For most people, the intermittent setting is the better daily option: it conserves water and fragrance oil while still maintaining a consistent scent in the room.

No - it's effectively silent in normal use. Ultrasonic diffusers work by vibrating water at a very high frequency to produce mist, rather than using a fan or heat element.

If you hold the room quiet and put your ear close to it you'll notice a faint vibration, but from any normal distance it's inaudible.

Yes. There are four timer settings: 1-hour, 3-hour, 5-hour, and continuous. Set your preferred duration and the diffuser will switch off automatically at the end of it. It also has an automatic shut-off when the water runs low, so it won't run dry.

Yes. The LED light has an off setting - misting continues normally without it. If you use it in a bedroom, you can run it through the night on a timer with the light off.

No. Unplug it, empty any remaining water from the tank, and wipe the inside with a damp cloth or paper towel. There are no filters to replace.

It's worth doing a quick clean between fragrance oils to avoid the scents mixing - the whole process takes under a minute.

The diffuser comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong with the unit under normal use, contact us and we'll arrange for it to be returned for inspection.

The warranty doesn't cover physical damage caused by drops, misuse, or water ingress from overfilling - but if the device develops a fault on its own, you're covered.

It's compatible with any fragrance oil designed for use in water-based ultrasonic diffusers - add your drops to the water tank as directed. Our own oils are formulated with this diffuser in mind, so you may find the scent throw performs slightly better with them, but other water-soluble fragrance oils will work fine.

One thing worth knowing: undiluted essential oils shouldn't be added directly to the water tank without dilution first, as they can damage the ultrasonic membrane over time. If you're using essential oils rather than purpose-made diffuser oils, dilute them in a carrier first.
