Yes - our fragrance oils are compatible with standard water-based ultrasonic diffusers. Add your drops to the water tank as you would with any fragrance oil and your diffuser will handle the rest.

If you're using our own Ceramic Electric Diffuser, it's been designed specifically around our oil concentrations, so you may find it performs slightly better than a third-party device. But most standard ultrasonic diffusers work well.

No - the oils are formulated to disperse cleanly in water through a standard ultrasonic mechanism. Stick to the recommended drop count for your tank size (see the drops question below) and follow your diffuser manufacturer's cleaning instructions between uses.

Most ultrasonic diffusers need a quick wipe of the water tank every few uses to prevent any build-up, regardless of which fragrance oil you use.

Fragrance oils. The distinction matters: essential oils are extracted directly from plants and typically carry a single botanical scent - lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint.

Fragrance oils are purpose-built blends of aroma compounds, designed to replicate complex, multi-note scents like a designer perfume. That's what allows us to create an accurate version of something like Baccarat Rouge 540 or Sauvage - those scent profiles couldn't be replicated with a plant extract.

Yes - the same fragrance profiles used in our Eau De Parfum range are used in the home oils. If you wear No. 197 or No. 463, the matching oil carries the same scent. It's the same approach as the candles and wax melts - consistent profiles across the whole range.

For a 100ml water tank, start with 5–8 drops. Our oils are concentrated, so this is usually enough for a noticeable scent in a standard room.

If you want more intensity, add a couple more drops - but it's easier to add than to undo, so starting lower is the better approach. For larger tanks, scale up proportionally.

The only upsetting thing is my partner has had to cancel his subscription as they failed to get delivery (even though mine are sent to same address. We think the trouble is with Evri.
