I have used Classique in the past and liked a lot. When l tried 429 from the Essence Vault l was very surprised, initially it is very similar, but after a while, it is impossible to find any difference. My friend thought l was wearing the original. I am very satisfied with my purchase, l am only sorry that l waited to finish the original before using 429.

I am blown away by how close this is to the Classique. The initial scent is slightly different but after it sits on the skin for a few minutes it’s nearly indistinguishable

I don't know what the original smells like but I can tell you this delivers! I can smell the vanilla star anise mandorin and a warm cinnamon scent can be found too. I can't detect the ginger but I can smell the rose, it's a creamy scent that does smell mildly of talcum powder, so some might think it smells like grandma, but I think it smels like a creamy orangey soap. I really like this scent :)
