You are welcome to spray the product once or twice; however, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been used beyond this limit or are outside our 30-day return window. Any such items will be returned to you.
  • If you purchased a bundle set, the entire set must be returned to qualify for a refund. If you prefer to return only part of a bundle, we can offer an exchange instead.
  • For Home Reed Diffusers and Car Diffusers, please ensure you retain the closure cap, as we cannot process returns without it.
