A lot of fragrance users judge scents by the opening, projection, compliments and “strength”; but for me, I judge much more by emotional atmosphere, naturalness, whether it feels synthetic/intrusive and how the dry-down sits after hours of exposure. TEV481 is not an ambroxian bomb in a beast mode, and is by far my total favourite out of the entire TEV catalogue and beyond that I use for my own pleasure several times a day everyday.

Absolutely wonderful fragrance and identical to the original .. I love the citrus peppery tone to it .. also what I love about the essence vault is that no matter what fragrance you choose, they never get cloying like some of the original scents can do !!

Top notch perfume! I’ve been spending a lot of money on the original perfume for years but this is much cheaper! People always ask me where I get my perfume from. Not only does it stay on for a very long time, but it also smells absolutely beautiful! Shipping is fast even during the delays with the pandemic, I’ve ordered more than 4 perfumes already! I’d definitely recommend this lovely company! Don’t wait, just buy!!

Sampler very close to the real thing , although doesn't last. But that's toa be expected at the price point. (In fact , the real thing doesn't last that well either these days). Definitely getting the full size bottle and recommending.
Having bought the three perfumes I was curious to see how essence vault sents would compare... Well guess what they smell the same! And a fraction of the price, my work colleagues keep asking me what I'm wearing?? I informed them but said look for this number and it will bring up the sent. They smell me before they see me lol 😆
After a month-long exploration of dozens of scents, 481 ended up being the clear winner for me by a very long way. A bitter citrus freshness and dry mineral/vetiver. Uplifting, clean and elegant. Never overpowering or “perfumey”. Unlike many modern fragrances that are ambroxan-heavy in the drydown, 481 stayed airy, refined and easy to wear throughout the day. I actually preferred this version to several more “intense” or supposedly more accurate interpretations because this one keeps the composition simple, bright and wearable. It never turns into an aftershave-cabinet or a loud projection monster — just calm and quietly sophisticated. I ended up buying multiple bottles because it became my daily mood-lifter. I keep one by the desk, one by the bed and one in the car.
I really like the earthy scent after it settles. The top notes aren’t for me, but the base is quite nice.
Völlig begeistert! Es riecht tatsächlich Terre sehr ähnlich. Gefühlt hält das Parfüm aber nicht so lange (vielleicht 4 Stunden) das liegt aber an der DNA. Bei anderen von Essence Vault hält es deutlich länger. Trotzdem voll zu empfehlen!! 👍🏻 100% echte Bewertung aus Deutschland 😉👍🏻

Smell is not far from the real deal. And even so it is amazing. Only thing is the bottle is not good. Here it could improve. But really a nice product overall.

Aha, this is what I like! A mature, earthy, woody, male fragrance with good staying power, not overpowering, subtle but definitely present. Td'H has been my airport departures tester over many recent trips, and this from the Vault catches its character closely at a bargain price. Well done TEV.
